Insulators
	Evans Graphics Ltd can supply you with a vast range of insulators using materials like PETP (polyester), pressed paper products like Presspahn® or Elephantide® / Mylar™ all providing good insulation properties. Simple or complex shapes can easily and accurately be reproduced, often without the need for expensive tooling.
Electrical and Electronic Insulation
	For exacting applications requiring UL 94V-0 flame class rating (for example UL and CSA requirements) or for very high dielectric strength use Formex™, or Formex™GK, of which we hold large stocks. This product has excellent durability, and superior scoring and folding ability. We also stock and cut Nomex 410® for high temperature applications needing extra rigidity.
Rubber, Foam & Sealing Products
	Our rubber gaskets and seals are manufactured from a varied stock of high quality materials. We can supply a virtually limitless range of open and closed cell neoprene foams. Amongst our other products supplied, Nitrile, Silicon, Poron®, and Viton®, are available in sheet, roll or piece part supply for all your design needs. We also produce Graphite and PTFE seals. RFI Shielding
	Our specialist skills allow us to combine the best mix of materials to ensure total RFI Shielding to your satisfaction. Use our 'Practi-Shield LT' series material construction which utilises aluminium foil or copper laminated to a suitable substrate to give excellent electrical barrier insulation.
